The Story Behind the Name
With a background in finance and a passion for real estate, Jacob Grier brings extensive industry experience, a client-first approach, and a genuine appreciation for the Savannah community to every transaction. After graduating from college in 2007 with a degree in Finance and a minor in Foreign Languages, Jacob immediately began his career in real estate sales in Maryland. Since then, he has sold more than $200 million in commercial and residential real estate, building a strong foundation in market knowledge, negotiation, and helping clients navigate important real estate decisions.
Although Jacob first discovered Savannah during his college years, it was in 2020 that he truly fell in love with the city and the surrounding Lowcountry. Today, he is proud to help buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the Savannah real estate market while enjoying everything this unique and beautiful area has to offer. Outside of real estate, Jacob enjoys exploring Savannah’s incredible food scene, traveling, playing pickleball and tennis, binge-watching his favorite shows, and keeping up with all major sports. When he’s not working with clients, he can usually be found spending time with his wife and their two dogs and cat.
